1. Keith Jackson the owner is actually called Andrew Lovell
2. I paid a deposit without any paperwork. He took my deposit and proceeded to take other peoples money for the same property also.
3. Said my money is non-refundable eventhough i didnt sign any legal documentation and he is taking multiple deposits for the same property
4. His PA Lalbai is actually his wife
5. His company dissolved previously because he owed over £3,000 to landlords and couldnt meet bills
6. Andrews Customer Service is absolutely horrific and he is a very nasty man.
AVOID COMPLETELY - they are advertising on Rightmove so please look out for Venture Sales and Lettings. Do not get involved.
