  On hold for 20 minutes having to answer 5 million questions to then be told they are busy and they cut the phone off would rather stay on hold! Useless!

  I want two pay some money back due to misscalculation by your office, easy you might think but no.
  After trying to phone the office as per number still being listed when you ask for it on Google, NO the number no longer works as the office is now closed.
  I found this out later after 2 phone calls taking 40 minutres, the first guy cut out the 2nd guy gave me this information and dealt with my querie.
  Message for anyone at HMRC take the listing of Google.
  Just another sign of inept goverment department
